Your Responsibility for Compliance

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your employer's policies regarding flight benefits. SellMyBenefits is not affiliated with any airline or loyalty program. We do not provide legal advice. Participation may carry risk to your employment, and you acknowledge this risk by joining our network.

No Guarantee of Income

SellMyBenefits does not guarantee any specific level of income or number of matches. Earnings estimates provided on our website are based on network averages and are for informational purposes only.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misrepresent your employment status, benefit type, or any other information in your application. You may not share your login credentials with any traveler or third party. You may not engage in any conduct that violates applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellMyBenefits and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our network, including any employment consequences resulting from your participation.

Limitation of Liability

SellMyBenefits's liability to you is limited to the fees paid to us in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for any employment consequences, lost income, or other damages arising from your participation.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to remove any member from our network for any reason, including violation of these terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to our network or other members.
